HEalthcare Systems CApability Foundation (HESCA) is an international non-profit skills-based organisation headquartered in Switzerland dedicated to addressing the challenges and knowledge gap in health systems management at grassroot level.

HESCA is made up of diverse volunteered highly skilled and experienced multi-cultural healthcare-oriented professionals, passionate with the mission of addressing major challenges of accessibility, affordability and capable grassroot healthcare systems.

Our objective is to ensure timely, adequate, efficient, safe, and effective last mile patients reach in developing economies through high quality health systems innovative training.

In partnership with various local stakeholders including NGOs, Institutions, government, civil society, private sectors, distributors, our Awareness and Capability Building Program (AwaPability) aim to address critical local challenges impeding health system across the entire value chain.
